Moscow, December 8, 2009. BANK URALSIB (OJSC “URALSIB” or the Bank) (RTS:USBN) reports that Ildar Muslimov has been appointed an Acting Chairman of the BANK URALSIB Management Board.

According to the decision of the Supervisory Board held on December 7, 2009, Ildar Muslimov has been appointed an Acting Chairman of the BANK URALSIB Management Board since December 8, 2009. The corresponding documentation for Mr Muslimov’s appointment to a position of the Chairman of the Management Board is submitted to the Central Bank of Russia.

Andrey Donskikh, the former Chairman of BANK URALSIB Management Board, will head the holding structure as the Chairman of the Financial Corporation URALSIB Management Board. At the same time Mr. Donskikh holds a post of the Chairman of the Board of directors of the key companies of the Financial Corporation.

Therefore the Supervisory Board has decided to terminate the authority of Andrey Donskikh as the Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board and as a member of the Management Board.
