Moscow, December 11, 2009. OJSC “Stroyvestbank” (RTS: STVB) is pleased to announce results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM).

The EGM held on December 8, 2009 decided to reorganize OJSC “Stroyvestbank” in the form of incorporation to OJSC “URALSIB”. The Shareholders approved the Agreement of Incorporation and the Transfer act.  The EGM authorized the Chairman of the Board and the Chief Accountant of OJSC “Stroyvestbank” to sign the Agreement of Incorporation. OJSC “Stroyvestbank” lenders notification procedure was also defined.

All corporate actions within the incorporation procedure might be completed in IIIQ2010.
